The Ferrisburgh Solar Farm is on line! We are honored and excited to be at the forefront of solar power in the great state of Vermont.
In the few short months since this project was conceived, we have come a long way – and so has solar power. As you may notice, our original presentation (see the “Original Presentation Slide Show” tab) referenced the installation of 5,200 solar panels; the number then necessary to produce 1 megawatt of power. In the end, how many solar panels are we using to generate 1 megawatt? 3,806! That’s how quickly this technology is advancing.
